feat(about): 更新关于页面SEO信息和样式调整

- 增加页面版本参数以优化缓存策略
- 添加SEO元信息（description、keywords、author）
- 移除简介文本的折叠功能及相关按钮
- 扩展简介文本显示行数从3行至7行
- 调整Artalk评论组件样式，移除边框和头像边框样式
- 增加对IE浏览器的淘汰提示脚本
- 统一页面作者信息为"Honesty"
