feat(about): 添加导航项的无障碍标签并优化二维码加载逻辑

- 为首页和博客导航链接增加 aria-label 属性以提升无障碍访问性
- 移除微信公众号模态框中失效的二维码降级提示注释
- 删除冗余的 moments.js 和粒子系统相关脚本文件内容
