style(css): 移除移动端评论区域容器样式以节省宽度

Browse Source 
- 移除评论区域的阴影、边框和圆角样式
- 调整评论区域内边距为零以节省水平空间
- 设置评论区域背景为透明
- 完全移除 artalk-container 的容器化样式
- 统一移动端样式调整以优化显示宽度
