<p>首先我得买点粽子，我下了单之后过了半天发现它竟然降价了😂，之后还花了不少时间让商家退差价。等粽子到了之后，我想着即使是真空包装，粽子本身应该也是煮熟了才包装的吧，所以刚到我就直接生吃了一个。我以为生吃只是会凉一些，结果吃起来就像土一样😂。第二次我试了试在热水中泡7分钟，泡完之后发现外面一层米已经变黏了，但是里面还是像土一样……不过这么看来，用热水泡肯定是能把真空粽子泡开的，那就只是时间问题了。 </p><p>

我大概搜了一下，小火慢煮粽子大概20分钟就能熟，那我就隔10分钟换一次热水，一共泡20分钟吧。 </p><p>

||
最终这样做出来效果还不错，粽子的里面和外面都变软了。 </p><p>

||
不过这次买的粽子是肉粽子，为了更可靠的结果，正好最近公司过节又发了一箱粽子，正好可以做个对比。 </p><p>
|
||
之前我是2个咸粽子泡在热水里，每10分钟换一次热水，共20分钟，现在是4个甜粽子也是泡在热水里同样也是20分钟。最终做出来效果同样也很不错，吃起来感觉就像刚煮出来一样。</p>

<p>虽然这泡出来的粽子刚做好的时候看起来和吃起来感觉都和锅里煮出来的一样，但是细细品味的话会感觉米还是有点硬，没有用锅煮出来的效果好。不过能在没法加热的地方能吃到粽子已经很不错了，本来这个办法就是没办法的办法…… </p><p>

之后想想感觉这个方法如果在火车上貌似还挺有用的，在火车上吃粽子感觉要比吃泡面更舒服吧。</p></main>
